All returns are for exchanges only. No refunds will be granted. All sales have a 7 day return policy after delivery. Items can only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect. A photo of the damage must be given in order to exchange the item. Vursa Limited will not cover any reimburse shipping fees.
Every order you make from Vursa Limited is made by hand, one by one. Please understand that each order can take as long as 10 days to be produced although we work to ship sooner.
Vursa Limited does not take any responsibility for any customs charges, fees, etc. Customs Charges are different for every country. We do our best to mark your box as a gift or low value but sometimes we have no control over Customs charging taxes and fees.
Please allow up to 5 days for your order to process, as most of our products are made-to-order in our warehouse. Please allow another 3-5 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day that your order is packed. Due to the high volume of orders, packages are only shipped out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES.
Any orders that are in transit for over 20 days, please reach out to your local customs office to see if the package has been held up in customs and is requesting a customs fee. If you find nothing at your local customs office, please contact us and we'll discuss issuing a credit for a future order.

If you wish to change it please email CustomerService@VursaLimited.com immediately with your transactionID. We cannot reship orders once they are sent out.

Yes, if you got the wrong size please send it to the return address and email CustomerService@VursaLimited.com with your transaction ID or email used with the order and we will send you the correct order.
